Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier.

• All return requests must be approved prior to sending any item back

• Approved returns must be shipped within the same 7day window

• Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and unpowered

• All original packaging, materials must be intact

Restocking & Shipping Fees

• Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Inspection & Final Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
